And finding inner balance can be quite a challenge when we fall back into our own unhealthy behaviour patterns.
We might feel lost, scared, frustrated, confused, not knowing what to do and where to start.
I got easily comfortable, I learned many new things, not only about me, but psychology as well. Friendly and open minded with relaxing sessions, helped me understand the new things, sometimes having outside sessions.
She is very approachable and can relate and understand easily what you are going through.
